Cards you can put in a scrap deck

Scraps have not seen that much play lately. You want Scraps in the graveyard so cards like  Card Trooper, Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter and  Summoner Monk. You can use Summoner Monk's effect to special summon Scrap Beast or Scrap goblin and then synchro summon Scrap Dragon or Scrap Archfiend. If you play Grandsoil, the Elemental lord and he is destroyed you have to skip your next battle phase. You can take advantage of that and play Scrap Lube so you don't care about skipping your battle phase. These are some combos that you can do with scraps.

Two Very Good Cards

Hello everybody. Today I will be showing two very powerful cards. The first one is Beelze, King of Dark Dragons. He is very hard to kill.
1 Dark tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters
Cannot be destroyed by battle or by
card effects. When you take damage
from a battle in involving this card
or from an opponents card effect:
This card Gains attack equal to the
amount damage you took.
This card is still very easy to get rid of. You can negate his effect and then destroy him or you can banish him with Black luster soldier- of the Beginning

The next card is Jeweled Red Dragon Archfiend.

1 tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters
Once per turn during your main Phase 1:
You can Destroy all other Face-up attack
position monsters on the field.
Other monsters can not attack during
the turn you activate this effect.
What makes this card broken is that he can still attack the turn you activate this effect.

Top Decks for January 2014

With the new ban list effect, Dragon Rulers are dead, but many decks are now gaining popularity, such as Fire Fists, Mermails, Bujins, and Madolches. Now that they are gone, other decks have a chance to shine. Among these decks are Mermails, Hieratic, Madolche, Bujin, Blackwing, Fire Fist, Geargia Karakuri, and Prophecy.

Mermails can swarm the field and make rank 7 XYZs first turn. Also they can easily OTK and have enough search power to easily pull off some Crazy combos. I play Mermails and very few times you will open up with a hand you cant do any thing with it.

Hieratics were designed to pull off easy OTKs. They swarm the field and XYZ a lot.

Madolches work around Shuffling cards in your graveyard into the deck so they can recycle their cards. They also swarm the field with level 3 and 4 monsters.

Bujins are a slow deck, but they play a lot of hand traps to pretect thier cards. The strategy is to protect thier Bujin Yamato. They don't do that much special summoning, but they play Vanity's Emptiness to stop you from special summoning.

Blackwings are an older deck, but they are still good. They swarm the field to synchro and XYZ summon. Thye can be very tough to beat because they play this synchro that can't be destroyed by battle.

Fire Fist play a lot of back row. Most of their spells and traps are continuous. They boost up the attack of thier monsters with card effects. Also they will XYZ and synchro summon a lot.

Geargia Karakuri decks are strong because the continually search with the effect of Geargiarmor. And swarm the field really fast.

Prophecy decks search and recycle cards a lot. They can be difficult to beat because they search out their combo cards. They are not OTK decks, but they still are strong.

Whta decks are you going to play this format?

Sylvan Strategy and Deck Recipe

In "Legacy of the Valiant" Sylvans will be released. The main strategy is to excavate the top cards of your deck, and then send all plants to the graveyard and the rest to the bottom of the deck. This combos well with Dandylion. Also it allows you to set up the graveyard for Debris Dragon.

Now for the Deck recipe.

I think that Sylvans will be good this format.
